i did it as someone else just to prove it's possible (at least, with spam) (also i did get an achievement for it but for some reason it didn't show up on the awards menu once i closed the game)
but then again with the ghost tapping it's possible to get 2 misses on it
and the first time you clear it the score already counts in the freeplay menu
